Speech ability: Lure.

What I'm looking to add to the speech skill is the lure ability. This has a chance to fail, based on current speech skill, like intimidate and persuade. It allows one to have an NPC follow the player temporarily, for say, a minute. This does not make them a follower and dialogue or interact options won't change other than the added option to lure the NPC away. E.G. "Could you come with me? I have to show you something" or "Please follow me, this is urgent!". After a minute they go back to do whatever they were doing. You can't give a lured NPC commands but you could, for example, assassinate someone in a more quiet place. Or have them move away from a certain treasure. This ability should only work on humanoids. If possible, it would be nice to have relationship affect the lure as well, if they don't trust you, (relationship below 0) they're not going to follow you just like that, if they're not hostile they might still really need some convincing, but if they like you (relationship of 2 or higher) they should follow you without question. In between there could be a way to perhaps either comfort or intimidate the target through two or three sentences with their own chance to fail the lure.

There could be a few perks in the speech skill tree, that enhance the duration of lure slightly and/or lower it's chance to fail.

Is this at all possible? I would guess it's a fairly simple addition but one that I'd personally love, being all intrigued with the dark brotherhood and building my character around sneaking and staying in the shadows.

You should see if the people that made sexlab romance would make this, because sexlab already does this... but in a sexual way lol

but yeah this would be amazing, having a dialog option like "Could you help me move something? Ill make it worth your while (Lie)" and lure them to there death :D
