one time only DLC's

I got a problem,

The DLC’s I download only work one time I tried several things, like deleting old saved games

Reinstalling DAO but nothing really seems to work.

I download the DLC and almost 9 out of 10 works perfectly, but only one time??

I have looked at other topics but I can’t find what I’m looking for.

Please help me because this is a real bummer for example I really loved the warden elven armor, but I can’t get it to work again.

You should try deactivating all mods that add armor and weapons to your inventory before you start a new games otherwise they don't spawn.

Im not sure but if you deactivate the mods save your game then reactivate those mods all armor and weapons should be added to your inventory.
