Here's a fun idea for a Skyrim mod: Does anybody remember this:

A mod in which the player is followed and attacked by an essential Ginosaji NPC, which simply hits them with a silver spoon, a new weapon by the way, which does more effect than damange. For convenience sake, recall and conjure commands.

 

A stagger effect from power attacks, the biggest problem would probably be the walking animation, though a Draugr walk would probably suffice. In fact, it would probably just be a custom NPC on a Draugr skeleton.
