guantanamobayxx Posted September 29, 2014 Share Posted September 29, 2014 I am using the Wet and Cold Holidays CTD and love it so far, the decorations coming up a few days previously ran fine, but only the holidays themselves I kept crashing. I have a really nice rig and graphics card so I don't believe it's that. I disabled a lot of script heavy SKSE mods during holidays, thinking it was that, still nothing. I use LOOT -and- Wrye Bash. The day I'm speaking of was in Whiterun, there was no rain, it was a new game, so since your game starts in TES's version of late August, Tales and Tallows is the first holiday to pop up on the third of Heartfire. Mikael and Idolaf Battle-Born were playing music, everyone was leaving their shops in the morning though, not at night (I'm pretty sure on this holiday everyone celebrates during the day because the dead walk outside of the cities at night). If I tried to do any actions involving people I'd start to skip, and eventually crash within the first few minutes of the celebrations :/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ohpus Posted October 1, 2014 Share Posted October 1, 2014 I liked Wet and cold, but my system would get laggy and crashy with holidays. Now this could be because it simply over populated the area, so lots of textures in one place skipping about, or that person was not where he was supposed to be. Could be the party script conflicted with whatever quest was going on. I dunno. In the end I disabled the mod and the problems went away. I'm fine with no celebrations though.
