Can't do Anything all of a sudden

I recently got a new laptop and have taken advantage of its nice specs by playing Skyrim again for the first time in months, with quite a bit of mods of course. I've been playing for about a week now with minimal issues, managing to get through all of the companion quests and the civil war quests, and I'm finally getting around just to the Way of the Voice to get onto the main quest in this game, but all of a sudden, I'm trying to play but my character will just put his weapon away and I won't be able to pull it out, interact with anything, or even pull of the menu other than the start menu. I can just walk/run around and jump, I can't even get off of my horse if I'm on one when it decides to do this, and I don't know where this is coming from, I didn't have this problem any time before. I don't know if its a mod conflicting or something being buggy or what. Any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated, since it has rendered the game unplayable.

First of all,you really should provide a transcript of your load order. It's presented to you quite nicely with NMM and MO. Once we have that,we'll be able to determine if it's a mod-related issue,or just another Bethesda Bug. Furthermore, you need to provide as much information as possible about the problem itself, and the events leading up to,and surrounding it. This will enable us to pinpoint what kind of problem it is.

Though,to me,it sounds like something involving one of those insufferable "SIT HERE AND WATCH!" scripts. Seriously, why didn't Bethesda take a leaf out of Valve's book for that?

But,yeah. Load order, and detailed description. We're not psychics. Though I have a hunch we wish we were.

The load order is,quite simply, what mods you have installed. In a mod manager (You ARE using one, right?),it's displayed very simply: What you see is your exact load order, usually starting with Skyrim.ESM. Mods up top load first, with the exception being any file with the .ESM extension; Those always load first,in order of first appearance. Effectively, mods further down the load order overwrite previous mods, where applicable. What BOSS and LOOT (I suggest getting LOOT,it's the successor to BOSS) do is simply attempt to reorganize your load order to prevent conflicts.

So,pop open your mod manager. For Nexus Mod Manager (NMM),your load order is presented in the "Plugins" tab. For Mod Organizer (MO),it's presented in the "Plugins" tab on the right hand side of the screen. Simply copy/paste what you find there to your reply, and make sure it matches exactly.

In general,Gopher,a YouTuber and a major contributor to Bethesda Modding in general, could explain it far,FAR better than I,and he uses visual references quite extensively. If you can't follow what I'm saying,I suggest looking up some of Gopher's vids on YouTube, since I learned modding from him.

Celtic Music in Skyrim 2.0.esp=1

So I guess that's my Load Order from NMM. As for specifically explaining the bug, like I said I played it for a week with mostly no problem, just finished the civil war up, winning it for the Stormcloaks. I simply was on my way, riding from Windhelm up towards Ivarstead, and on the road, about a minute or two into playing, just riding on the road on my way, any commands other than movement and jumping and the start menu are unresponsive. I tried both with and without my controller that I typically use, and it's the same with using mouse and keyboard controls. I even tried starting off from Whiterun instead, for some reason wondering if that was part of the problem, but same thing happened after a minute or two anyway. Even after disabling a couple of my recent mods thinking it was somehow related to them, specifically the Celtic Music in Skyrim and Bard music replacement by Malukah mod (Which isn't listed in the Load Order because it's still currently uninstalled). But yeah, that's about as much as I can think to say

Definitely sounds like something's locking your player into a scene where your controls are partially disabled. Perhaps there's supposed to be an NPC that's force-greeting you but doesn't spawn, or there's a quest that's trying to start where you begin with partial controls.

Have you tried Waiting to see if someone approaches, or a quest updates?

While it's not supposed to affect the Player, there's a creature in Immersive Creatures that casts a Shout that forces your followers to put their weapons away. Experience any earthquakes just before this?

Have you killed Grelod but not slept since receiving the "We Know" message?

Have you slept on Solstheim but COC'd back to Skyrim before waking up from the trance?

Have you at any time typed "setplayerAIdriven" in the console?

Do you have a mod that attaches AI/Sandbox packages to the Player?

I don't see SkyUI in the list, yet I'm sure more than one of the mods you have states it as a requirement (I don't use it, but from what I can tell, it's only missed by Immersive Creatures, but then I randomly get up to 20 spiders, wolves, or bears).

I've tried waiting around or turning around to see if an NPC was trying to catch up to me or something, or if some quest was trying to start, but nothing. I have SkyUI so it shouldn't be a problem with that. I disabled Immersive Beds and nothing changed. No earthquakes or anything beforehand. Haven't killed Grelod, haven't gone to Solstheim yet, and never used "setplayerAIdriven" in console commands
