Rediculous spells

Anyone ever notice how some spells require so much magicka they are impossible to ever use? Such as spells that need around 1500 magicka? even with 100 intelligence your total magicka is oinly ever in the 300-400 range so why are the spells so much? If you want an in game example go to the arcane univeristy they sell a few like this there. (I believe Enemies Explode is one of them) SO i was wondering how is possible to ever use these spells is there a mod to fix this? Or am i going to have to use grand soul gems to enchant an entire suit of armour including two rings and an amulet and a weapon with fortify magicka? Or is there anotehr method possible? Please let me know. :wacko:

the spell cost decrease when your magika skills increase.

for example, a version of finger of the mountain which cost 183 MP when your destruction skill is 25 will cost 120 at destruction=50, 56 at 75 and 42 at 100.

so, we could imagine the spell which cost 1500 for a novice wil cost less than 300 when you're a master.

you can also increase your intelligence or your magika level with magic items created at the arcane university. unfortunatly, there's a magika multiplier spell, but not accessible without a mod.

there's also the necromancer amulet, but you need to be archmage and win against manimarco, so i guess when you do, you're very skilled in magika.
