mod called 'Death Alternative - Your Money or Your Life' crashes the game when i uninstall it?

i know that it crashes cause i might of turned on some options in the NMM that i checked that i am using the mod so i would like to know what mods adds this mod with other mods?

 

i need to know so i can uninstall that mod and re-install it and unchecked the death alternative mod? pleas help
