Cargo/baggy pants both genders

I'm unable to create mods, tes construction set keeps crashing on

save. anyways,

 

I wanna know if anyone would be able to create such pants.

I can't stand the tights, just looking at them is irritating, especially around

the ankles, looks as if they're digging in.

Anyways, oh, allow the pants to stretch over leather boots.

Jeans or pants. I'm creating an Anna Tsuchiya file.
