OBC Skingrad not loading properly

I downloaded Open Better Cities a few days ago and it was fine...until I had to go to Skingrad. Half the city won't load. Some of the doors go no where. Searched the webs and I seem to be the only one experiencing this, or maybe I'm not looking hard enough? It'd be cool if I could get a fix. As far as I know I installed the mod properly; it was hard figuring out the instructions at times. I would have used OBMM except I have no idea how to use it and there aren't any good tutorials out there. The ones I did find don't work; I do the same exact steps and nothing happens, not even with the simplest of mods. But yeah, fix to the Skingrad glitch would be awesome.

OBC is no longer supported, and it might not be compatible with the latest releases of BC, so you would probably better off downloading Open Cities Classic (by Arthmoor) or Better Cities (by Ismelda and the BC team.)
