Oghren and Flemeth Interactions

I have kind of a strange quirk. I was in the Breclillian Forest for the beginning of the Witherfang quest, and there was some kind of dialog between the gatekeeper and Oghren the didn't show properly. My screen was kind of "blank" like where he should of been standing to talk to the gatekeeper, but he wasn't. Same kind of thing with Flemeth. I was at camp, and there initiated a conversation between Morrigan and I about how she wanted me to kill Flemeth. The dialog between Morrigan and I was fine, but after telling her I would kill her, there was some kind of a cutscene where, again, my screen went kind of "blank". This time the dialog was between Flemeth and Morrigan.

 

Now I've heard/read that if you use the "runscript zz_addparty" script before having met all the characters, you'll get something like what I mentioned. Problem is, is I had already met Flemeth and Morrigan long before I used that script. I only used it once before I met Oghren. I wonder if this is the problem? And if so, how can I fix the cutscenes for Flemeth and Oghren so they show properly?
