"Did any of you hear that sound? I don't know what it was; I was on my way to Molag Mar by boat when I heard it." He pauses to wipe the bloody mess off of his head. "I was walking to Suran when I was attacked by a Winged Twilight; I think I've lost her by now...." He glances over Brock's shoulder and seems to be satisfied.

TO ALL IN THIS RP-THREAD:

I am sorry to say that I will not be continuing in this story, I have too much to do (work, study and "traineeship") right now, and I am feeling that I am holding up the group.

I tried to make some time for this, the past week, but I couldnt. I hate to leave this, but at the moment I dont have another choice. It would even be worse to post "nothing", or leave in the middle of a fight or something. Therefore I'll leave now.

I will still be around the board (sometime) and try to follow this thread, because I think you have a fantastic story here.

Thanathereos, thanx for being the DM, and setting a great story here. And Sol'Kanar, thank you for the pm's :D . Rest of the group; stay together, it might work. Dont act like a Scooby-gang !

Good luck, and see you !

Addressing Avelyn

The man clad in black gazes across your face for several moments, almost in a hypnotic fashion. Your eye lids start to get heavy, almost as if he's trying to make you sleep. Obviously this is a Dumner, you can clearly tell by the red-orange eyes and blue gray skin, though the majority of his face is covered.

"That sound? Oh you mean that sound? Well I'm not one to volunteer information," you begin to notice his voice is incredibly soothing and melodic as he speaks, as if every word were from an epic poem praising you, "well strange things are afoot these days are they not khaleesi? I was sent here to guard this site and will give no other reason as to my presence. Spare your life I will, should you not speak of this encounter to whom ever else you know; next time my Daedroth's will not be as forgiving as they have been."

Waving his arms they dissipate into a powdery dust that dances with the movement of the wind. Now it's just you and him among the eerie exterior of the Daedric ruins.

Addressing Road Characters

As the sun floods the sky and earth with warmth you begin to feel like maybe this mission was just to get you out of town. Nobody has traveled by with the exception of Baenroth and the promised Imperial Investigation has failed to arrive as well.

Time passes uneventfully, but you are all thankful not to be so close, judging by the swarm of flies on the entrails, you would suspect it to stink gruesomely.

Addressing Shadow

As you creep over the hills and into Suran you notice a lot of hustle and bustle, you overhear conversations about booming voices from the sky and travelers torn to pieces and left on the road.

Meandering your way through town you get the sense tension is really high in this region. It would probably be a good idea, you infer, to keep your guard up.

<OOC well I'm back from a fantastic weekend of frisbee and ready to keep this puppy moving, keep up the good work>

Addressing Avelyn

As you back away you can clearly tell the man has his gaze fixed on you. Somewhat, you feel intimidated but probably blame it on the setting more than the man; in actaulity he's not that imposing.

Heading back towards town you come across a group of people who have seemingly set up camp near the road. Clad in adventurer gear, they look as though they are not there just loitering. Something seems to be going on that you can't place your finger on

Avelyn stops to greet them.

"hul- hull--hullo" he is able to get out before dropping to his knee's in exhaustion. As he tries to focus his eyes, he notices then decapitated body.

"AAAHHHH" he yells, any idea of sleep gone from his head.

"I didn't do it!!!!!!" He yells at the people, a bit confused, and way to tired to think streaght.

Brock rolls his eyes and gives a sigh. Putting out his pipe and returning it to his traveling pouch, he stands and walks to the new arrival. "Just our luck.. another lunatic," he mutters under his breath.

Holding out a bottle of sujamma, he offers "Catch your breath, traveller."
