Adding new hair to NPC's

Okay so I have some textures and meshes for hair. I would like to replace/change an existing NPC's hairstyle with my own created one, how can I do this?

 

Also how do I make these textures and meshes available for selection in the 'Change haircut' function within the game? - Okay this is done.

On the Geck tool bar, go to Character --> Hair. make a new object with your meshes and textures. To get them to show up for selection with an NPC, you have to add them to the 'race' objects by dragging them from the hair page and dropping them into the 'Hair Styles' window on the 'Face Data' tab of a race page. They show up for the player if 'Playable' is checked when you make the hair object.
