centhena Posted June 4, 2006 Share Posted June 4, 2006 I found a nifty little prog that will take the facial date from one save file and put it into another save file so that you can basically change your char to one of the ones you find online that you may have liked better. I think that's a neat idea but I haven't really found a desire to do this. What I would like to do is to be able to take those avatars from the save files and put them on npc's instead. For example say you download a companion mod and the mod itself is awesome you like the storyline and the skill set for the companion but in your opinion they're just fugly. Wouldn't it be great if you could just change them to one you downloaded that you really liked. Me personally I have no idea how to make this idea come to fruition. I can change mods with the cs and I can merge them together by hand with the sc or with the nifty plug in utility but I can't create something to make this happen. I know that they are different files type and that a save file and a esp file are not the same but since you can tweak the facial features in the CS it must have facial data. So I'm wondering if there's anyone out there smart enough to figure out how to make this happen? Or perhaps there's a prog out there that already does it and someone coudl link it here?
