yoyoguy678
I'm pretty sure it was 20th Century Wepons, but at the beginning of the game in the vault I grabbed a ton of ammo from the locker that 2CW added and now my carryweight is in the negatives. How can I reset my carryweight to normal? pkleiss
When you look in the pipboy at your carry weight, there's two number like 120/220. Which one is negative? If its the second one then do this: Dump all your stuff into a locker temporarily so you are as buck naked as possible, then go into the console and type:Player.SetAv CarryWeight 200 (+/-10 for every point of strength above or below 5) If its the first one, then I don't know. You might have an invisible token item with a negative weight that is reducing your actual weight of carried items or you may have a corrupt save. It seems to be a ammo weight mod that is messing it up, and it seems to happen after I level up

pkleiss
I have no idea which mods of yours add weight to ammo, but I do know that some of the mods that do this, do it with an invisible token - an unplayable piece of armor in your inventory. Since its unplayable, it won't show up in your inventory list. Then the mod calculates the ammo weight and modifies the weight of the armor to match. Its a guess, but if you think its an ammo weight mod, then this is probably the culprit. Then some other mod is causing a conflict with the ammo weight one such that its calculations get fubar. You can try to locate the token armor by using a couple of console commands: scof "Somefile.txt'player.inv That will dump all the player's inventory items into a text file named Somefile.txt (or whatever you enter) in your fallout folder. You need the scof because a dump of it in the console will be too much info for you to see it all on the screen. If you can figure out which Item is used to store the carry weight, you can try to set its weight yourself via the console. But you may still run into problems at the level up screen if the ammo weight mod continually updates the token weight.
