fallout 3 real time settler mod help

Allright

 

so i installed RTS and its a *ban* fun mod, adds tons of hours to the game

 

but what i dont understand is the happiness

my village happiness is below -50 which is pretty *ban* bad.

how do i raise the happiness?

some people say blueprint items like matresses and stuff so i did

but when i blue print something and select it, the options are "set as normal house design" "throw away blueprint" "just taking a look" and exit

I really dont want my houses to look like beds with a door on it.

how do i raise my happiness?

cuz i cant hire named npc's if my glory aint high, and glory dont rise without happiness
