well with enough research on the topic we found another omod called OblivionReborn , so far it looks to have accomplished everything we wanted to . the worlds can support random unconstructive play for upwords of 250 players using a virtual server. now if only i could connect to the server,,,,,,, :(

I just thought of a huge problem with this, say you killed the other player who is an npc, they would be dead on your screen, but still be alive on the other player's screen, how do you plan to fix that? make them both unkillable, or take off friendly fire so to speak?sure, you could make them like that ghost that is way above imperial city (forget his name but he is the one from the dream in kotn), there with collision, but cant be hurt in any way not even with magic, that defeats the purpose as they then can't be hurt by your enemies...

<div>how do you fix that problem?</div>

I see what the guy means, and it is possible. A specific set of areas set for multiplayer access a to where they do not wear the same stuff as they do in the accuall game. Take for instance, Red Dead Redemtion Online, you dont keep your items as you do in the campain mode, adn you do not play as john marston. If you have looked at the editing kit you realize that the player, is somewhat exactly the same as any other NPC, just controlled with a script. It could be like the Fable II CO-OP system as well, to where you can see the players stuff and mods, but the down factor here is it would stay on the same PC, so you would need to Xbox 360 PC controllers to play. And the whole NPC thing i mentioned, if youve ever used the dev console in halo ce, you probably know about a command to where on touch, you take control over the npc you touch, now seeing this, if oblivion is anything like that fps, Then i think it is more than possible to make a mod like the one you are. It might not be what these people expected it, but with work, there could be quests and dungeons for this. But i one playuer has a mod in their world and the other doesnt, what happens then. Its simple really, the players, do not play in the same world, but a complete and equal copy of cyrodil. With the npc system i disscused, and this new cyrodil, the to adventurers could explore cyrodil and experience it with not one, but two, or maybe more! so i say dont put this idea down, its completely possible and i support it

(p.s. still cannot wait for TES V!!!!!!)
