Based on Warcraft 3 trolls, i would love to see a troll tribe similar to the classic tribalish trolls we knew from tales. They could be based on Orcs, only a little taller and with long fangs and mohawks, clothing should be most lickely forsworn, or something tribal with bones and human skulls all over. They'r skin should be greyish, green or light blue (not glowing green or blue, something realistick). Head hunter trolls should have a tribe, a little savage fort near Falkreath, full of bones and skulls and leather tents.
