Oblivion Crashes on Load

[RS13]

What the title says. I can save. I can play. But I can't load a game. Unless, strangely, that save is missing some content. Then I get the warning box and everything works great after that. Also, and I this happened right around the time I got the crash, the music went out. And now there's no music whenever I load the game. Idk if that's related.
