Armor Request

As it is now, I'm trying to learn Blender, and there's no way I'm gonna be good at it anytime soon due to it being complicated, so I'm gonna ask for someone else to do this while I learn. In the picture provided, there are two people. The one on the left has simple clothes that can be found in other mods, save for the huge bracers. The one on the right, however, is not made as far as I know. She is the request.

The source of the image is from the Manga and Anime series "Needless". As of now, I don't have enough experience in blender to do it myself, so I ask of the people who visit the forums for this. Not pictured in the image are her boots, which are a part of her thigh highs. They are simple combat boots with no details, just smooth like the legs. The heels on the boots are not high at all, being maybe a few centimeters off the ground (aka, real boot heels, not high heels).

 

If someone could make her costume with the following specs, much appreciation would be had;

 

- fit it to HGEC A, B, C, and D cup (normal, since she's thin and non-muscular). No underwear, as the character doesn't have it. (Also, for a tidbit of info, she never gets into a situation where it shows. Amazing luck.)

- Light armor for Boots, enchanted with Fire Shield 15%, 8 armor

- Clothes/Tabard thing, enchanted with Fire Shield 15%. Covers cuirass and greaves, like a robe, but does not hide amulets. It's the same design on the front and back, buckles and all. Also, despite how it looks, it is not transparent.

- Light armor for Bracers, enchanted with Fortify Hand to Hand 15, Fire Shield 15%, 8 armor. Does not hide rings. The image shows a reflection, but her bracers are pure silver.

- Cape as Amulet, enchanted with 55% Fire Resist

- All parts named "Missing Link <item part>", such as "Missing Link Boots"

- Items located in the Market District, split between Divine Elegance and The Best Defense

Hmm I rather like this, I think I'm gonna have to request a remesh for UFF... But since you want HGEC, I'll wait for that to be made first.
