HDMFanatic
Wow I literally just posted a new forum post about this very same issue. I'm attempting a "validation of Steam files" to see if that fixes anything but I don't want to have to do uninstall the game completely just to get the horses fixed again. Dave0523
Make sure you have the very latest XPMS version. I had this bug and it was driving me nuts until I realized that I had reinstalled XPMS the VERY DAY they had updated it, and I somehow got a bad download. Redownloaded, reinstalled, and everything is now fine. --Dave

Finally found the mod who was causing the horses, wolfs and dragons to do the T pose... it was sexlab that i had installed at one point and removed.hopefully this will help someone else out there. Zelisification
Usually if the creatures stand still, you have deleted a mod that changes animal behavior in some way. Just run FNIS and hit the De-install creatures button. Then run FNIS again, and should be all good.
jcstonewall
Had the same stiff horse issue after starting a new Vortex profile without Lover's Lab animations. Used the De-install creatures button on FNIS and then just to be sure reinstalled the FNIS creature pack and ran FNIS again. Totally cured the stiff animals. Big thanks to Zelisification!!
