i tried but i failed... im not good at this =( it still dont work... i cant find a folder to delete o.o

Okay, your OBSE install is good. Now, I thought you said you installed OBGE. Did you? Do you have a folder called OBSE in the Data folder? Also, please post your load order: http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/index.php?page=know_how_to#PostYourLoadOrder

Look, this thread was started to get your game back to normal without the water everywhere. Not how to install obse. Have you fixed the water problem yet?

it worked xD i didnt know i can just start =O uh xD do i need to re-install some mods ? because i think... 3 of them dont work o.o

or do i need to turn on something ? XD 1. reinflated water (or something... rehanced ?) 2. enhanced graphics 3. motion blur with moving camera i think o.o

uh o.o i have problems uploading pictures on threads xD max size is 250kb... but because of my full HD large screen i have 1920x1080 pixel thing... that takes mush space on pictures XD

is there a way to make screenshots in game ? a button maybe...? i have seen some in-game screens but i dont know how to =P

wasnt the water problem because of OBSE ? o.O at least it helped when i re-installed it o.o maybe im just too much confused XD

Alright, you've got the necessary files in the right folder now. No need to delete that obse_v0018 folder, it's good to keep a backup nearby.

 

Now, for OBSE to work, you have to run obse_loader.exe; this injects a .dll into the game that makes use of special script functions not found in the vanilla game.

 

Next, I suggest getting Wrye Bash - It makes maintaining your mods much easier, and you don't have three or four Oblivion-specific shortcuts cluttering up your desktop.

wrye bash doesnt work for me o.o dont know why... maybe because of windows 7 ? there comes something about... loading... loading windows... and then it just closes itself

First of all, many addons will not work unless obse is installed. Also, in order to take screenshots in game you need to edit a line in your oblivion.ini file. This is located in the folder I mentioned in my first post, and the line you need to edit is "bAllowScreenShot=0" to "bAllowScreenShot=1".

 

Also, some of the addons you're trying to use require more than just OBSE (oblivion script extender). The motion blur one requires OBGE (oblivion graphics extender), OBGE also requires OBSE. Confusing, right?

 

You don't need wrye bash, but I highly recommend OBMM (oblivion mod manager). This is a good program for managing mods, load order, and will also open oblivion with OBSE so it makes things much easier. If you do want to install wrye bash, however, I can confirm that it DOES work on windows 7. The only thing you need to watch out for is that the bundled python install that you downloaded from the wrye bash page on tesnexus doesn't install everything. There will be another exe in the temporary offline install folder that you need to run manually before actually installing wrye bash. If you want more detailed help with this later on you can PM me and I'll do my best to explain it to you.

I also recommend sticking to OBMM to install mods since you are knew, but Wrye Bash is by far a superior load order manager. It is fine to use both.

I have AIM, but I will not be home for quite a while, and home is kind of busy right now. You did a good job getting OBSE installed, so that is not a problem. Are you using OBGE? You do not have to, you know. What exactly are you trying to do right now? OBSE is installed. Are Wrye Bash and OBMM installed?
