FOXBlackOps
I don't know if anyone can help, but I am having issues with a custom race (Elves Lineage II dark elf). Basically the new race works perfectly until I become a vampire. At this point there seem to be no eye textures for the race and all I get is a pair of very dull eyes (almost as if the wrong textutre has been applied to a mesh). I tried using a mod which changes Vampire eyes, but of course the mod doesn't cover custom races so I'm back at square one. I don't know if it helps, but the custom race uses Ren's eyes. Any help would be great. Thanks Fox
GODSBANE123456
I have found that rens eyes can sometimes actually make them disappear all together, so that you can see through the skull out the back, and see the wall behind them, although that does not sound like the problem that you have, do you have all of the unofficial patches?, but again i dont think that would be it since it is a custom race, but the way that i fixed mine, was that i re downloaded it, and it worked fine, Could you please post some screen shots of your problem? FOXBlackOps
Here are the screenshots, I have tried re-installing the custom race mod and re-installing a custom eye mod, neither have had any affect. Thanks EDIT: I am downloading the unofficial patches now as I have never needed/used them before, hopefully they will help
Tomlong54210
That looks like conflicting eye meshes. The Unofficial Patches are great, but I do not see what they have to do with this problem. Please, post your load order - http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/?page=know_how_to#PostYourLoadOrder

Tomlong54210
What is the custom mod that you were using? Could you just post it as well. Is you character one of the original racces? Deactivating the plugin does not matter if the meshes are still there and are still being references (as would be the case if it replaced already existing meshes.) FOXBlackOps
What is the custom mod that you were using? Could you just post it as well. Is you character one of the original racces? Deactivating the plugin does not matter if the meshes are still there and are still being references (as would be the case if it replaced already existing meshes.) No, my character is a custom race (Elves Lineage). The eye mod is Elaborate eyes, however I tried installing this as a correction, not before the error occured. I am fairly sure the error is being caused by the "Toggleable Vampires" mod as in the construction set the eyes for vampires for the custom race are from that mod. When I try to change them in the construction set I get the following message when I try to save it; "Unable to complete operation due to failure removing previous file. Temp file remains." btw I would ask the author of the mod, but the last time he/she was online was over a year ago... Thanks EDIT: FIXED IT USING TES CONSTRUCTION SET the "Unable to complete..." was due to not running the construction set as an admin (stupid windows vista) and then I just changed the vampire eyes for the custom race. Thanks for taking the time to help! Edited July 7, 2010 by FOXBlackOps
