Poses not working; CT Pick Idle pops up and then I can't attack/ch

My pose doesn't change either, I've tried disabling all pose mods but one, and it still happens. Hadn't played my game in awhile and it worked last time, but I don't really remember anyway, could it be idle animations conflicting with it?

Have you tried choosing reset to idle position (or the equivalent command) after selecting an animation, if you are not waiting until the animation finishes?

Yes, it stays locked up like that until I reload, and the pose/animation never even happens.

Maybe you should check the mod out with TES4Edit. I have run into problems like this before... A lot of animation mods replace the same KF file for the player. Try reinstalling whichever pose mod you are currently testing, and see if it works by itself after that.

Reinstalled the pose mods, tried to pose, same thing happens. No pose, and the game assumes I'm attacking therefore I can't use anything in my inventory, cast spells, or attack/block.

I meant just reinstalling one pose mod to try, not all of them.

 

1) Try regenerating the Oblivion.ini - http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/index.php?page=know_how_to#RegenerateTheOblivion.ini

2) Uninstall all pose mods, and reinstall one that you want to test.

Mean't to say pose mod*, but anyway. Tried the Oblivion.ini regen, no good.

You have multiple mods that install idle anims installed. Try uninstalling all but one and the reinstall the one, maybe DR. See if things are working again, and then add mods that add idle anims back one-by-one until the problem reoccurs, if ever. Is this load order sorted with BOSS?

It isn't. BOSS never works when I try to use it.

Are you running it from the BAT file? What operating system are you using?
