Dorkers
Me again, with a second problem. I have downloaded both "Don't worry be hairy" and "More hairstyles" mods from the site. The only problem is that they don't show up when I go to create a new character. I have tried through DAmodder and manually through my override folder, and both results in failure. Is there any solution to this?
DarkeWolf
http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=210041 same issue with same resolution. use terra_ex's chargen compiler program to make the two mods work together. Make sure to have it set to remove the prior versions of the chargenmorphcfg.xml file. Theres a link to his program in the thread that I provided a link to.That should get you up and running

Seems the problem isn't fixed, and only leads to more problems. It either comes up with "No chargenmorph.xml files detected. No need to compile." or "Cannot find the specified Dragon Age installation path, etc." And the hair still doesn't show up, I've even downloaded the tool set and everything now, and they don't show up on there. I'm completely bugged, and don't know what to do.
Dorkers
Sorry for the double post, but I got it to show up in the Tool set. Only problem now is that all the hairs are flat and a blue/yellow color.Solutions?..
DarkeWolf
Ok, it sounds like you didnt configure the compiler correctly when you installed it. You need to make sure that its point to the correct files and folders. When you open it after installing it, on the first tab (Configure) it shows the directory path that it will look for. It should be x/x/x/documents/bioware/dragon age/packages/core/override/chargenmorphcfg.xml if not... then what you need to do is click on the tab that reads Path Configuration and then double click on the one that is wrong. You'll see a small box with 3 dots in it over on the far right hand side. [ ... ]Click that button, and then manually browse to the right folder. You can stop once you get to override (I think). If not, you may have to copy and paste one of those chargenmorphcfg.xml files into the override folder and then lead it to that. It should work then  The toolset issue-I hate to tell you this, but there's no fix for that right now. The toolset never has displayed custom hairs correctly. And until somebody figures out why, and how to fix it... it never will. Similar issue with some of the custom tattoos, occassionally, a custom set of gear won't show correctly. All I can really say there.... is that the toolset is FAR from being the "perfect" tool. But I hope that gets you going with your chargenmorph file! It took me a while to fix the routes to merge the morph file, but it's all fixed now. <
danscott84
I might also add that you have a redundancy thing going on here. The latest version of More Hairstyles by Kzelsama includes the two styles from Don't Worry be Hairy.
DarkeWolf
Dorkers- not a problem, I'm glad to hear that you've got it working, and that you're not stuck with just those plain looking hairs for your characters now  Dan- I'd completely forgotten about that! Wasnt there also an issue with that 3rd hair style from Don't Worry, Be Hairy? Where it didnt want to show up in character creator?
