Making spell/damage reflection enchantments

I can't seem to get the reflect spells and reflect damage spells

to show up in the listings for enchantments.

Is this right?

Are you playing the game unmodded? Normally, they are supposed to be there, but I could be wrong. Either that or I used sigil stones....I'll take a peak at that in the CS.

That's right, you can't enchant items with reflect damage/reflect spell. It's always disabled, Bethesda did this, so unless there's some mod for it, you can't enchant items with Reflect Damage/Reflect Spell. You can make Reflect Damage spells though. Without SI that's only possible if your birthsign is the Tower. If you do have SI, when building the new Gatekeeper, choose the Heart of Wound Sharing body part. This also makes it possible to create custom spells with Reflect Damage. You can always create custom spells with Reflect Spell by using the Shezarr Doomstone, which unlocks this effect. Still, no enchanting possible.

But that just means it's not possible by vanilla terms. If you use the CS or just search the "magic mods" on the Nexus, you'll find what you're looking for.
