Silver rush mod conflict help needed

When entering the Silver Rush with my current character, I get the bug where the game just hangs at the execution part of the deal discussion between Gloria and the other man. I tried all of the bug fixes I could find and none work, I figured it must be a mod conflict causing the problem and upon loading up the game with no mods running the scene completed just fine confirming my thoughts. Running through my load order by loading 5 files at a time trying to figure out what was causing the problem I found loading Yukichigai's patch caused the scene to stop, however loading the other 4 without YUP I found the game still hung up right at the execution. I'm going to post my load order below, if anybody can offer my any help with this it would be appreciated, I need them to buy plasma mines and my current character has a soft spot for energy weapons so the van graffs are particularly essential to my playthrough.

 

This is my load order and what Loots gives me when I run it, I apologize for the bad exporting, I used NMM to export it because I have no other way to do it that I know of.
