In the quest when dad blows up the rotunda and your supposed to run to the taft tunnels. Well Doctor Li won't move, every time I talk to her she just says "Whats he doing in there". Dad is still somehow alive the kill command won't work on him. The problem is I want to continue on but Doctor Li wont move. Any help would be appreciated.

First it's better to post your load order not your mod list, use Fallout Mod manager to get it. It's important to show your load order as a mod in a incorrect place could lead to conflicts, issue, and in worst case CTD.

 

And what might be the cause of your problem it's the shojo race .esp ( that you must not use as you have the newer and better shojo race .esm use both render the chances and fix of the esm version void), this old version had some issues with dad , mainly in Tranquility Lane but might be the cause of your problem.

 

Other thing is your version of Sharring and Carring Companions.esm if it's the new one, take the last that didn't need fose, as it's appears that you have the Russian version of the game ( by your Russian translation of the DLC) and FOSE doesn't work in the Russian version, because it's encrypted, it's may not related with this problem but could make others.

 

About CRBSOR you only need to have it activate when you are doing the 'Take it back Quest". So for know you can deactivate it.
