The rules regarding the image share are shown to you, and you are required to agree to them before you can upload. There is no excuse for not following them. Although the image uploaded was in violation of the site rules, it has been made apparent that the methods handling and notification of these issues needs some revising to help ease the transition and improve awareness. As a result, you have been given a second chance out of fairness and to encourage cooperation and compliance with the site rules.
