Odd bounty glitch in Shivering Isles

So I have A LOT of mods set on Oblivion, and today I'm playing SI (Been playing it a while...) And for some reason after resisting arrest and ~kill ing people, I saved. Then I loaded the game and got sent to jail. I did my time, then when I got out I checked my bounty. -2937597234 or something like that. Used the ~player.setbounty 0 or whatever it was, and it went to 0... just a few seconds later and I'm having a guard say I owe 40 gold.... so I pay, then I get chased again for 40gold, and again..and again...

Ideas?

Your load order...

 

1) Get BOSS to sort your LO - http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/index.php?page=boss

 

2) Choose one version of the main Ren module, hairs-only OR full.

 

3) Uninstall Natural Weather, and get the fixed version - http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/index.php?page=popular_outdated_mods

 

4) Upgrade RGO, if you have not already done so. If you have, do a clean save of it. Launch the game with it deactivated, reset your bounty, save, relaunch the game with it active again.

 

Keep your load order sorted. That should do it.

Amazingly, i think i can help out with the Ren Beauty Mod

 

The reason I had both, and I'll assume the reason he did as well, is that when you have Ren's Full, the hair doesnt work properly. So I had to install them both, and then get rid of the Ren's Hair Only .esp file

 

since hes already done that, he can just deactivate, or delete the hair only .esp file

I said to choose between the two plugins. The reason why full does not work if you just install the files from the full .7z is because the hair files are only included in the hairs-only archive. You need files from both archives if you use the full version. The mod is packaged poorly. Those .7z file should be combined. Once combined, you can just add a short OMOD script to make sure that only one plugin is installed. For example:
