Combat Armor Reskins

I know this is probably a request that has been made before, but I would like it very much if someone could make a reskin or rework of the vanilla Combat Armor to make it look like the Winterized Combat Armor from Operation: Anchorage.

 

If it is possible, I'd like this to just be a change from the old appearance to an O:A one (with sleeves, armguards, mask and goggles on the helmet), only with the proper colors for the Talon, Tenpenny, Rivet City, and Ranger Combat Armor types...Possibly even the Winterized Medic from Zeta and Lag-Bolt's from Broken Steel, but those aren't that big a deal to me.
