NPC Problems.

Okay so, for some reason NPC's have become incredibly bad conservationists... What I mean by that is, instead of welcoming you into their store upon first interaction, I get "What?" which is rude... I can't buy horses because the people that sell horses don't mention them at all, they just give me a generic greeting... and the guy that's invisible in Aleswell, instead of running up and seeking help, he runs up and says "Hello" and then returns to whatever he was doing, not asking for help leaving me with no way to initiate the quest... I don't think it has anything to do with my mods since it was working before and I hadn't installed any new mods, although I can't think of what else it could be.

 

So uh, help would be appreciated! :tongue:

That has to do with personality, factions, level, and disposition. That does not sound odd at all. Ohh...That is an odd way to start off the problem.
