Check all of the folders in the override to make sure you have just the one chargen xml file. I'll bet you have another tucked in a folder somewhere that is causing that conflict. For the chargen to work you can only have one xml in the override folder and it's subfolders. Also, check this mod to help finding it. It's a compiler for the chargen xml's, and remember to also tell it to remove old xml files after it makes thee compilation: http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=
Boodrl
Take a peek at the Chargenmorph.xml too. In case you don't know it's divided into many things heads, hairs, beards, eyeshadow etc. so check your chargenmorph.xml and look under hairs, and male hairs you should see something like this <human_male> <resource name="hm_har_blda_0" cut="0234"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_ha1a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_ha2a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_ha3a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hb1a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hb2a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hb3a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hb4a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hc1a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hc2a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hc3a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hc4a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hd1a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hd2a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hd3a_0" cut="1"></resource> <resource name="hm_har_hd4a_0" cut="0"></resource> Now if you compare your original chargenmorph.xml with the chargenmorph.xml that the mod- more hairstyles- gave you you should see more lines on the mods than your original chargenmorph.xml. all you need to do is copy those lines and paste it to your own chargenmorph.xml. I do this whenever a mod needs a chargenmorph.xml. See what the difference is then copy and paste the lines I need for the mod to work. Happy modding!
