anyone know how to remove a single corrupted object effect

So any way my save file seems corrupted after entering one of the DLC areas all my equipment was taken away however the object effect for the remnants power armor remained applied to my character. upon completing dead money i tried equipping and De equipping the power helmet but instead of resetting the effect it gives me DOUBLE the charisma loss that's -2 points instead of one.

 

so my question is what is the console command to remove a single object effect when you know the base ID of the object effect or do i have to dig deeper to find another ID ?

 

i have tried the dispelallspells thing as well as the player.resurrect and so far nothing seems capable of removing the phantom effect so at this point i may have to make a mod that gives a permanent buff to counter it unless i can figure out how to wipe that effect off my save file

Load the saved game file under another profile, hard save it and load it back.

OS profile, make a new one, set it up and just make links to the data, you may need to copy the C:\user\(username)\Apps \fallout....folder to the new profile and the My games folder for that game.

it works. it willlllllll purge the saved game. Save, copy it t to he public folder before and after wards, not directly.

if you don't know any of this ,send me the saved game, I'll try and do it for you.
