LE UNPetite Wood Elf Custom Race

Yes, I'm a lowly Milk Drinker when it comes to modding. I can do minor adjustments to existing mods (altering weapons, tweaking follower looks, etc) but creating Custom Races is beyond me at this point.

 

The following request should be a piece of cake for anyone with any real experience at mod creation.

 

Wood Elf Variant: Pixie Elf

• UNPetite body exclusive to this race (my Skyrim is otherwise populated by UNPB women and I want it to stay that way). Yes - I only care about the female portion of this "race".
• Otherwise still makes use of vanilla Wood Elf assets (so character can be affected by other mods, like Ethereal Elf Overhaul and Women of Skyrim).
• Access to additional hair colors, like shades of blue, pink, purple and red.
• Replace crappy Wood Elf powers with one power: Wild Magic (High Elf power Highborn renamed and magicka raised to 100).
• Skills Bonuses: Alteration 10, Light Armor 5, Illusion 5, One Handed 5, Sneak 5, Speech 5.
• Check box "Regen HP in Combat" and set Health Regen to 3.

And that's pretty much it. See - a walk in the park. A real modder could probably do it in 15 minutes or so - unlike Milk Drinker Me, who tried and failed :-(
