Random Crash While in Combat...

Hey everyone, I'm having a kinda annoying crash with Fallout 3, randomly.. Fallout 3 will crash while I'm in combat then Windows says (Fallout3.exe has stopped working), but not always while I'm in combat, only happens in combat though, it doesn't crash anywhere else, I can be in VATS or shooting at my enemy, I don't think it's a driver related problem because I can go back into FO3 with no problem what so ever but I may be wrong. I'll try to list every single detail below so it might help shed light on why my FO3 sometimes crashes in combat.

CiC = Crash In Combat

All my PC temperatures are fine, the CPU is at about 45c while playing FO3 along with the GPU at 60c so it's not overheating.

I even put all my overclocks back to stock - Didn't Fix the CiC

PC Specs are on my profile page

MY FALLOUT 3 IS NOT CRACKED, IT'S A FULL LEGIT COPY I GOT FROM HMV :)

Running Fallout 3 GOTY 1.7.0.3 RETAIL - NOT STEAM VERSION

Running Windows 7 x64

FALLOUT3.exe is patched with FO3 Ram Boost Method

Using MaximizedWindow.exe - in hope to maximize stability

Using latest Fose_Loader.exe to start FO3

Using NMC's Texture Pack - Performance Edition

Using Fallout Stutter Remover (FSR) I have about 60 - 100 FPS inside and about 40 - 50 in the Wasteland. FPS limited to 100 FPS

Using NVIDIA Forceware 258.69 BETA, had same issue with the previous WHQL drivers.

Using GaryBash + BOSS-F to manage my Load order

Using the .INI Quad Core FIX

If there's anything else you need to know, just say.

Try cranking down the graphics. Combat can be stressful on some systems, lowering the Blood Decal settings could help, also try changing to bloom, or even turn the lighting off! you may want to try this .ini! i had the same problem, but this .ini helped! Copy the text in the file (attachment is below) and go to My Documents -> My Games -> Fallout 3 -> FALLOUT.ini, backup the file and name it FALLOUT.ini.bak and then paste the text in the file i gave you and save, and that should work! BACK UP THE ORIGINAL .INI!!!
