It's been a while since Ive actually download a mod and last time I did it was like 100kbs now when I downloaded RR Companions Vault Refurbished it was 1mbps and only dropped to 700kbs. If you use Mozilla FireFox every time you download something a new window appears, where you can see what you downloaded and while you download something you can see the download speed to. As for other broswers I don't know how it works.
