I'm looking for a mod that pretty much removes all valuable things, even junk, from most loot tables. I want a mod that feels like after 200 years of scavenging only the bones are left. Things like forks, bent tin cans, empty bottles, etc. with a 1.% chance of caps, spare parts, more valuable junk etc. Would be pretty easy to make but you know the whole "reinvent the wheel' thing :D.
