What does this specific file do?

I just got the googly eye problem right after using BOSS and that was the file that a new mod wanted to "switch to OMOD" or something along those lines. I was just wondering if "skeletonbeast.nif" has anything to do with the googly eye problem. Oh, the googly eyes are on all the default Oblivion Characters and not any new modified ones.

It has nothing to do with the eye problem. The eye problem results from incompatible cosmetic replacers, specifically one (or some) using the vanilla mesh and others using the Elaborate Eyes mesh. If you uninstall Elaborate Eyes or Beautiful People, whichever one you are using, the problem should go away. If you want to use the Elaborate Eyes mesh for some reason, remove the cosmetic mods that use the vanilla eye mesh.

The Skeleton is probably needed for a clothing mod to have realistic movement, but it will not cause eye issues.Googly/black/invisible eyes are caused by conflicting cosmetic and race mods, the problem is caused by the "vanilla" eyes in the game using one eye mesh and modded races using a different eye mesh.

I don't have any of those eye mods but I'll deactivate some mods I just installed today and see if that fixes the problem.

Post your load order - http://tesivpositive.animolious.com/?page=know_how_to#PostYourLoadOrder <-- we can help you find the culprits, hopefully...

I only installed 5 new mods today so it wasn't so hard to find the culprit. But yeah, I found the mod that was somehow effecting the eyes of the Oblivion characters. Thanks for the help though.

See. It is good to add mods slowly. Test as you go and you should really save time when troubleshooting.

Happy gaming!
