I need a custom tattoo something like this: pic onepic two Which I can place on all of the members of the cult.Alternatively, if someone can point me to a how-to for modding this kind of tattoo (teach me to fish), that would be excellent as well...Is this a decal? Or I just change the face .dds file? Or what? I have photoshop but do not know where to start... If anyone can help me out here I will give full credit and be super appreciative!
