Screenshots are messed up

I just tried to take a screenshot of my new character to show someone, its my first Oblivion screenshot, and it came out all wrong.

Turn off AA, if you have it on, and force it through your GPU's console. Oblivion is not able to run AA + HDR, and its AA is not good, anyway.

The game didnt even allow me to take screenshots with AA on. That picture was taken with both of them off already.

 

If it helps,I have all of the other in game settings on and at max, except self shadows (they look bad).

 

 

Edit: Couldnt fix the problem, but avoided it by takeing screenshots with Xfire. Still, thanks for the effort, Tom. You're my knight in shining armor around here. ^^

Hmmm... I will keep a bookmark and see if I can figure out what is going on. I'll add an entry for it to the site if I do. I use Fraps to take screen shots unless I am just taking shots for debug purposes. Unfortunately, I do not always remember to run Fraps either. It can be convenient to have the entire game working, haha.

Somebody just ended up posting a shot like this on the imageshare... best thing we could come up with was a corrupted install, and suggested FRAPS. FRAPS ended up working fine for him, further implementing the fact that it's an issue with the game.

 

You can take as many shots as you want with the free FRAPS, so I highly recommend checking it out. Good luck.

Yea, its an in-game instant messenger and voice chat program, also has the ability to take screeshots and videos, then upload them to your profile if you like.

 

But anyway, it seems that a fix is unlikely unless i try to reinstall, and its just not worth it to me lol
