I HAVE NO GREETING problem

i have this weird problem, most npc i try to engage in a conversation they goes I HAVE NO GREEETING, the only one not affected is the City Guards..

I will upload my mod order asap

it happened after i installed COBL, if it helps.

I had that same problem recently.Turned out that this happened because of exiting SI without using the portal.I went back in through it and returned.Problem was gone

ahhh that could be it! i was in SI to get the fearsome magika then excited via using my FrostCrag teleport, ill try it asap :)
