The final female texture looks all but perfect, although I dare say a perfectionist like you is going to fiddle it a whole bunch. Take that texture, and put it off to the side, in case your experimenting goes wahoonie-shaped. As for the gents area (a la Bowie), I have no suggestions, unfortunately. It's gonna look weird without bits, and pervy with them (and, you know, the armor has no bits, so there's that) so I can give no suggestions. I can find muscle references, if you like?
