andyfuji7
I've recently noticed that every time i hold a key, it actually presses it multiple times instead of actually holding it. For example, I'll try to equip something from a hotkey. When I press the key I will quickly equip and unequip the item, almost acting like an Xbox 'rapid fire' controller. The same problem goes for several other keys, including my action key. I will accidentally pick up multiple items because it presses the key more than once. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue, and if there was a solution to it. Any help would be appreciated. ISSUE RESOLVED
yeldarb
Your computer may have activated "sticky keys" I believe you can shut the feature off inside the control panel on your computer.
andyfuji7
Hmm... Sticky Keys isn't on. The problem with the action key seems to be different than the hotkeys. The action key is activated when I press down on the key, and when I let go of it.
yeldarb
You can try adjusting the keyboard speed in "hardware and sound" in the control panel, but you may also be experiencing a mod affecting the controls for Oblivion.I do not use mods that alter what a default game key does in my game because I have been playing since 2006 with a mouse and keyboard.
