Arkansas companion: You could get him as a companion and he could even have a back story quest like the companions in FO4. You could convience him to take a slave collar and you can either help him destroy Paradise falls or betray him and give them to the slavers. Faction system: We could join the Outcasts ( there was a mod for it but thats deleted ) and you could have quests with them and things like that. You could still do the main story cuz u could make an alliance between BoS and Outcasts, becaouse of the Enclave. After we made the project purity we could make the alliance break and we could storm the citadel or fort indepentent. You could ask Lyons to betray the outcasts, but even what u did for the wasteland you would be hated for this by the BoS, becaouse after all they are not going good with the Outcasts but they arent evil and they help ppl. Betraying isnt their style. You could even join the Enclave in Broken steels and you could take back project purity and storm the other 2 factions. You could have side missions with the factions like takeover Paradise falls and things like that. There should be something like in Enclave commander and you could controll forces of the factions. If u help the Outcasts you could even help them research technologies and they could research plasma rifle out or even better or new things that they would use after that, so there would be some plasma rifle soldiers instead the laser ones.
