Where'd Flaming/Frost Weapons Go?

So I over-did it on the mods and my Flaming/Frost Weapons spells have been replaced in-game by Scorch/Shatter respectively. I thought this was a product of the Elemental Mastery mod (by Jake Zahn), which I disabled to test, but that wasn't it, and going through all of my other mods with somewhat-related file names has brought up zilch... or I just have SO MANY MODS that I can't find it in the vast ocean.

 

I really, really don't want to delete all my mods and start from scratch, downloading/adding them in one-by-one again. That would take well over 5 hours.

 

I have no idea which mod changed this, and thus no idea what (or how) to delete it to get my Flaming/Frost Weapons back. Can anyone help me identify what mod this is?

Also, my mage specializations in general are not showing up. Instead, I see this:

I'm pretty sure this is a direct result of incorrectly deleting certain files from the Class and Specialization Pack by Jake Zahn. Should I reinstall it and, either way, how do I delete the extra classes I don't want?
