Agnusthemagi
Some days ago I noticed I've a weird jump bug going on on my modded game. This bug is setting player jump to 1 (very short jump, default is 76) on load of any save game. The thing is I have nausica's tweaker already and it dosent fixes the jump height even though it displays the message "Setting jump height to 76" everytime I load game. I dont know when it started, but now even when I create a new character the bug is there. In fact when I create a new character all works well (normal jump) until I save, close Skyrim and load that save. For now I have to go on nausica's tweaker MCM and reset jump height back to default (76) everytime I jump and remmember the bug. I've found a forum post just some days ago which pointed to the joy of perspective causing some kind of conflict with other mods. I have enhanced camera (first person camera), player size adjuster and XPM extended skeleton, but the thing is it all worked well before, Maybe some other mod update broke the balance but I'm out of ideas how to search for this bug origin save the disable everything and try reenabling... Agnusthemagi
It seens it's time to drop my mod organizer profile, now it's showing another weirdness, some armor meshes created by bodyslide placed into overwrite are not showing up in game. I finally solved it, the culprit is The Last Altar Spellmaking in Skyrim. Disabling it fixes it in the first game load. CurseOfTheYears
thank you for sharing the solution, here is a better solution that i came up with for those who would like to keep using The Last Altar mod or whichever mod has a conflict that introduces this bug , the last altar by itself by the way does not cause this issue , its a mod conflict. Solution : Create a .txt / text file inside of your skyrim folder next to your skyrim.exe called jump , inside this text file write only the following line player.setgs fjumpheightmin 125 now everytime you load a save wait a few seconds for all your mods to load and then open the console and write : bat jump this takes very little time and effort and you can keep using whichever mod was causing this bug for you.
