Noble Origin issues

In the Noble Origin I started there are two issues I am having, one minor the other gamebreaking.

The minor issue I -think- is because of a class The Spirit Eater that I wanted to play (I installed with DAModder like everything else) where in the human origin if I play as a male my character is being referred to as female (I chose then to go back and start over as a girl)

The major issue, I've saved before character goes to bed and the attack. I dispatch the two guards in the entry way (there's a servant stood in front of my room saying nothing) and I cannot get anything to trigger after killing the two Howe soldiers. No dialogue happens and nothing to explain what's going on. All the doors are locked and either require a key or cannot be picked.

My Mod list is installed (alphabetically apparently in DAModder) with the following

Alley of Murders
Battledress of the Provocateur (for Awakening)
Battledress of the Provocateur (for Origins)
Blightblood (for Awakening)
Blightblood (for Origins)
Dragon Age: Awakening
Extra Dog Slot v1.41
Feastday Gifts
Feast Day Pranks
Golem's Might (for Awakening)
Golem's Might (for Origins)
Lelliana's song
More Hairstyles
Project Anima
Qunari Update
Return to Korcari (wilds)
Return to Ostagar
Saarebas
Ser Gilmore joinable NPC v 1.1
Ser Gilmore joinable NPC v 3.1
Shadows over Telia
Spirit Eater Class
Temple of Vulak
The Bloodworks
The Custom class and Companion Core
The Darkspawn Chronicles
The Golems of Amgarrak
The Stone Prisoner
Tomb of Calenhad
Tombs of the Undead
Warden's Keep
Witch Hunt
Witchcraft (for Awakening)
Witchcraft (for Origins)
Ser Gilmore is listed twice I believe because of the Awakening version
Can someone provide some insight as to which might be breaking my game? I've tried reloading but nothing different

First off, I'm no modder, so most of this might be just guess work. I know the Ser Gilmore mod has a long list of incompatible mods. It changes a lot of plot scripts to integrate him after all, so any mod that affect the same scripts will cause the game to break. That would be the nearest answer, so maybe you could check that out first. Unfortunately you have a lot of mods I don't know or use, so I can't help with pinpointing the source. You might need to reread the mod describtions and try disabling some mods to find out which are conflicting with each other. You don't need to check or mention the official dlc, it would be rubbish to make a mod incompatible with them.

No idea about your minor problem though. Why would you think it's because of the class mod? Does the game recognize your gender when you use other classes?

Thankyou for your reply, The class I've learned works on other races and so far no issues though I've only played up to Ostagar. It is bugging me about why nothing is triggering on the nobles storyline and still cannot figure out what it is that is the issue. If I get desperate enough I will have to do a clean install and then mod after that point I think.
