  1. 1. Do you like Scifi Oblivion mods?

Recommended Posts

PLEASE: POST! Tell me your opinions. I'm curious. Don't let this thread die!

Well, this is my new request thread, where I'll be asking for simple retextures with textures provided, aimed to provide modders (Including me) with a new set of easy-to-use modern-day or futristic resources.

Such resources would be ideal for scifi mods, ancient civilizations, or time travel mods.

To start off, here's a few:

A version of the Dwemer Syringe Arrows (http://www.tesnexus....le.php?id=15698) retextured to the fourth texture down of this free pack: http://webtreats.mys...metal-textures/

A retexture of the Arstonegate ((dungeons/ayleidruins/interior/arstonegate02) with the striped texture found here: http://webtreats.mys...es-pattern-set/ for a futuristic door.

The Middlebookshelf02 and middletable01 retextured with the second texture here: http://webtreats.mys...metal-textures/

One of the middle class chests (your choice) retextured with the final texture here: http://webtreats.mysitemyway.com/8-tileable-metal-textures/

A version of the lower class single bed with the wood retextured to the fifth texture down here: http://webtreats.mys...es-pattern-set/ and the clooth bits retextured to the last one here: http://webtreats.mys...xture-patterns/

A set of Blacksmith's pants and the green wool shirt (preferrably using the UFF mesh for the female) retextured the first texture (the black leather) here: http://webtreats.mys...xture-patterns/

And that's it for now. Thanks for reading, and kudos and endorsements if you like the idea!

@Xeivous: Suppose so. Like the body, do you?

@Callition: Well, no need to download the mod I'm making, then. Many people do like such mods.

@Myrmaad: *dies*

Srsly, that is beautiful! I mean, really beautiful!

I'd actually figured most of the detailing in the quiver was textures, but I take it it's a mesh matter?

Also, is there any way to make the small bulge near the end of the arrows a transparent, glowing blue?

Anyway, THANK YOU!

Man, you know you got it made when TWO moderators take up your requests in as many days. Or maybe I'm just so pushy you lot figured the shock would shut me up. ;)

LOL

My problem is I'm never satisfied.

I was just toying with the idea of applying a light blue glass effect since I'm not crazy about the artifacting in the quiver.

The mesh is plain, the details are in the bump map.

It's not hard to add a subtle glow, let me add a bit of glass if I can, and then I'll add some glow.

Sweet! My lady, your skillz leave this humble n00b in awe!

Do you mean there's a way to get the quiver plain? Because, no offense, but it's sort of supposed to be a hi-tech, morkmanlike thing. Sort of thing you could imagine one of Z's Plague Doctor's using... Matter of fact, he'll be able to use it for the Repo! mod...
