See the level of the enemies

Im playing now the Oscuro´s mod and I wanted to now if there is a mode that allows you to see the level of the enemies, or if not, if someone can make one, it could be a helmet that gives you this hability or something like this.

My feeling is that the Oblivion game engine does not work this way. I do not believe there is anything in Oblivion Scripting language that does this. I am a bit doubtful that OBSE is currently set up to do this well.
