THE house Request

What I am looking for is a house, but not just any house.

Location: Outside the Imperial city across the bridge next to Wawnet Inn.

NPC: located in Wawnet Inn, will sell the property aprox 10,000. With aprox 10k per key, see below.

What makes this different then other houses available? The upgrades and how the house functions will be based on how far down different Guild quest lines you have gone.

Main house

Looks are of a standard house, similar to the Bruma house, It will come fully furnished no need to upgrades. Cabinet next to the eating area would be the only one that respawns food, All other containers will not respawn and are safe for use. These containers should be marked with {NR} to specify No respawning.

basement first level: Some display cases, and 1 door. In the center of the room is a manikin that can be dressed / posed, as well as a bookcase on the far wall.

Basement Second level: This level has clutter as a normal basement, but 4 locked doors.

The locked doors can be accessed if you are known as the following:

Door #1: Gladiator or Defender

Door #2: Assassin or Vampire

Door #3: Magician

Door #4: Prowler

Each door leads to a set of stairs that brings you to drastically different areas.

Door #1 the gladiator area brings you to a room that has up to 10 manikin’s, and a huge assortment of display cases and tables. At the end of this display area would be a training area, with two different training areas. The first training area is ranged, and the second is melee. Both area’s have “training weapons” that must stay in the training area. Training weapons weigh nothing, and deal less than normal damage. Arrows respawn after each round. No reward for winning other than skill. Different levels of competition would include, easy, normal, hard, expert, and insane. If you lose the fight, you die, just as in the arena. After each fight you may go up to an alter and refresh your health, magica, fatigue, and any basic ailments.

Door #2: Would bring you to a very dark area, like the gladiator area, the opening room would show 4 manikins, and an assortment of display cases. The manikins and display cases would have more of a spotlight or candle light effects as the rest of the area would be dark. This area would have a sleeping area, and a poison creation station (small alchemical table) / storage area, and a black soul gem alter, with a door that would lead to a cave area. The cave has different off shoots that go for a while, then come out at different towns across the map. Some exits would be outside, some inside. Imperial city sewers would be one of the outlets.

One room in this area would only be accessible if the person has the right “Blood”. This leads to another area of cells, and coffins (bed). The cells can hold prisoners. If you kill someone, they have a chance of just being “Knocked out” you will get a message that asks if you want to keep a prisoner or execute them. If you execute them they just die as normal. If you take them prisoner then they will appear in the cell. (The target dies! But a filler person spawns) the person in the prison can be taken to the chamber and killed in a few different ways or be ordered to sleep for feeding.

Door 3, would be a much more elegant room, filled with books and bookshelves over display cases, and places to show off your staves. Two different manikins would grace the entrance way, and you continue in, you have a chose between the Garden and spell chamber. The spell chamber would have several books shelves with a few custom books, giving ideas for spells. As well as an enchanting and spell making station. This area would also house a few areas to keep scrolls and soul gems. The garden area would be just that and have several of each types of plants found about the world. The back end of the area has an alchemical room where you can store your goods and has an advanced table to make potions.

Door 4, looking to be a normal thief’s hangout with crates and boxes to hold all the stolen goods. This room would lead to a bed, and to the same caves that the assassin and vampires may have used to get around. Off in a side door is a few chests that re-lock themselves of every difficulty. As well as the “Challenge” area, the area would have traps that reset themselves, and training guards that would spawn to patrol the area. Kill them or not they despawn once you reach the end of the challenge area. Of course off to the side in a small vault area, would be a much larger display room with up to 14 manikins, and massive amounts of display tables and cases. As a good thief basks in his loot.

Restrictions: Oblivion only, No Shivering isles. OBSE would be ok of course, but I would like this to be created without it, if at all possible.

Bookcases: Should be able to stack books.

I know this would be a massive project, but I have seen no house that would come even close to the idea or concept this house has. I currently am trying to work on it, but with lack of time and no idea what I am doing, the progress is amazingly slow.
